ABOUT US
Ray Lund
Ray is the founder of Briston Advisors. Ray started Briston Advisors to using his 17 years of manufacturing experience and 20+ years of banking experience to help small to medium size companies.
Ray was the President and CEO of Thermex-Thermatron from 2006 to 2023
Thermex is a
Louisville-based company that engineers and manufactures industrial microwave
and radio frequency equipment.
During this same time, Ray was a partner at Dyad Partners, a private equity firm focused on small to mid-sized manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining Dyad Partners in 2005, Ray
was an Executive Vice President at Riggs Bank N.A. in Washington, D.C.
He spent 16 years with Riggs and served in
various capacities in both their Washington, D.C. and London, England offices.
Ray received his B.A. in Finance, with emphasis on
financial institutions, from Texas Tech University.
He and his wife, Amy, currently reside in Louisville,
Kentucky. They have two grown children, Olivia and Christopher.
